To enter the Hair Freezing Contest, we’ll have a ringing bell button set up by the Eclipse pool. When you press the button, one of our staff members will come over to take your hair-freezing photos.

After your photos are taken, you’ll need to digitally sign the photo release waiver at the front desk on our tablet so we can send the photos to you. Once the waiver is signed, your photos are officially entered into the contest.

Each participant will then be asked to upload one photo through our web form. This helps us collect your details and makes it easy for us to identify and contact you if you win.

Entries that do not follow the contest rules - including bringing props such as beer cans or any items that pose a health or safety risk (which may even require us to drain the pools) will be disqualified. Anyone violating these rules may also be restricted from participating in future contests.

Only high-resolution photos taken by Eclipse staff showing fully frozen hair will qualify. Low-resolution, blurry, or edited photos may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Eclipse Nordic Hot Springs. Entries that are incomplete or do not follow contest rules may also be disqualified. Any attempt to use fraudulent methods or bypass the rules may result in removal from the contest.
